Perspectives

Living in a different country is such an invigorating sensorial experience. Every sight I see, sound I hear, food I eat, and person I meet is a window that opens to a different view. And this is the reason why I am in Singapore - I want to see the world in a new perspective.

What led my feet here in the Lion City was my desire for a fresh outlook. I am 22, I am young, and I believe that this is the right time for me to explore the world and see what lies beyond the horizon. It is the time for me to wonder and to wander. To marvel and to get lost.

Perspectives 2.029

After graduation, there were a lot of arrow signs that point to where I should go and what I should do but I was more keen on exploring a path less traveled. Something different and unexpected. I wanted to breakaway from expectations and fixed directions.

Now that I am in Singapore, it feels like I am looking at the world in the eyes of an inquisitive child. Everything seems to be new and unfamiliar. Being thrust to this realm of unfamiliarity made me realize that I have a lot more things to see, to eat, to know, to meet. To learn.
